  • to find a suitable physiotherapist for you and (possibly) arrange an appointment with the physiotherapist(s) working at this practice;

  • to create an account for your practice with Physiocheck.co.nz;
  • to allow you to use our forum;
  • to offer a personal exercise programme.

We process your personal data if you have entered into or wish to enter into an agreement with us, have given us your consent, or if we are permitted or required to do so by law.   • Data you send us via the contact form is kept as long as necessary to fully handle your question, request, or feedback.
  • Your login details for and messages on the forum are not kept longer than necessary for you and others to use the functionalities of the forum.
  • Your medical data is only retained to connect you with a physiotherapist, submit a question to a physiotherapy practice, or support physiotherapeutic examination and/or treatment. This data is deleted by us once the physiotherapist no longer needs it. The retention period is a maximum of three to six months.

All data collected on this site, or obtained through our visitors, will be treated confidentially.
